The Inuit have a deep connection with Christianity and their roots.
The Protestant, Baptist and Catholic ministers raced to the North to introduce the Inuit to Christianity.
REVEREND is a uncommon Inuit carving.
It is not common to see a carving of a white man and even less common for that carving to be a "Man of the Cloth".

Reverend has TWO FACES!
The left face is handsome but the right side is deformed.
The two faces are not symmetrical, indeed the right face may not be the same person.
Reverend is a complex sculpture.
