Masterpiece Carving! Museum quality Sculpture!
David (Davidee) Shaa is one of Dorset's young bear carvers whose talent and innovative spirit grows with each year.
His small Dancing bears fly off the shelves.
This is a larger 15" Dancing bear who is both charming and a magnificent representative of the Arctic's largest most powerful mammal, the Polar bear.
Sprig's medium rich green colour is tickled with small freckles of light torquoise.
This colour combination is one of my favourites.
The torquoise brings a sense of watery sunshine to the art piece.
Sprig is ample in size, a bit more in the Teddy Bear fashion.
But, this is NOT a child's toy.
Sprig is a spectacular adult bear with a reverent yet joyful presence.
Keep your eye on David Shaa.
